My process starts with a complimentary consultation to get to know each other, discuss the opportunities and challenges your company is facing, and explore whether there's potential for me to add value. If there is, we'll design an initial scope of engagement. I offer flexible engagement models (Advisory, Embedded Leadership, Project-Based). And, if I'm not the right fit, I'll be honest and direct about that and recommend trusted partners in my network.
